Location: Ashford
Salary: £120 – £250 per day

GSL Education Kent are seeking a dedicated Humanities Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive school in Ashford. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an educator who can teach a combination of History, Geography, and RE disciplines while inspiring a love for learning in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.

As a Humanities Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons in History, Geography, and RE.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports individual learning needs.
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress, offering constructive feedback to promote development.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive teaching environment.

To be successful in the Humanities Teacher role, you should:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Have experience teaching Humanities subjects, including History, Geography, and RE, across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
  • Be passionate about education and committed to making a difference in students’ lives.
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills.
