GSL Education Watford is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Windsor. This is an excellent opportunity to inspire a love for literature and language while supporting students to achieve their academic potential.
About the Role:
- Teach English across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to students’ abilities.
- Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the English curriculum and extracurricular activities.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Have experience teaching English at the secondary level, including Key Stages 4 and 5.
- Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
- Be committed to delivering high-quality education and fostering a love for reading and writing.
- Hold or be willing to apply for an enhanced child DBS on the Update Service.
