SEN Teaching Assistant – Hounslow

About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-to-one and group support for students with a variety of SEN needs.
- Assisting teachers in delivering tailored education plans and creating an inclusive learning environment.
- Encouraging positive behaviours and supporting students in building confidence and independence.
- Collaborating with the teaching team to meet the individual needs of students effectively.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an SEN setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A compassionate and proactive approach to supporting students.
