Job Title: Psychology Graduates (Cover Supervisors/Teaching Assistants)
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire (DN1)
Salary Range: £94 - £115 per day (Depending on experience)
Start time: January 2025
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

This is a fantastic opportunity for Psychology graduates to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting, supporting the academic and emotional development of students. Whether supervising classes during teacher absences or offering one-on-one assistance to students, your contribution will be key in fostering a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences using pre-prepared lesson plans.
- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs or those requiring additional assistance.
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and delivery.
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom.
- Support the social and emotional well-being of students.
Requirements:
- A degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for working with young people.
- Adaptability and the ability to manage diverse classroom settings.
- An understanding of safeguarding principles.
- Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
