Job Title: General Supply Teacher – Secondary
Location: Worksop, Nottinghamshire (S80)
Salary Range: £140 - £190 per day (Depending on experience)
Start time: January 2025
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

As a General Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 during teacher absences. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) alike to gain valuable classroom experience.
Responsibilities of the General Supply Teacher:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to secondary school students.
- Follow pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain classroom discipline.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and engagement.
Requirements of the General Supply Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Flexibility to teach across a range of subjects.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
- Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
