About the Role
This role is your chance to shape the academic and personal growth of KS2 pupils in a supportive and inclusive school environment. You’ll deliver engaging lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum, nurture individual talents, and create a positive learning atmosphere where every student feels encouraged to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to KS2 students.
- Foster a classroom environment that inspires confidence and curiosity.
- Monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support student development.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment, adhering to safeguarding policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience delivering the KS2 curriculum effectively.
- A commitment to creating engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- A dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
