Salary: £150 - £220 per day (Depending on Experience)

About the Role
As a Secondary ECT, you will have the chance to teach your specialist subject to enthusiastic secondary students, while developing your confidence and classroom management skills. Working in a supportive school with exceptional facilities, you will receive guidance and mentorship to excel in your teaching career.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in your specialist subject area.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create and adapt curriculum plans.
- Inspire students to develop a love for learning and achieve their academic goals.
Requirements
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be a recognised Secondary ECT.
- Strong subject knowledge in your specialist area.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A passion for teaching and motivating young learners.
- Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
