Salary: £90 - £110 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Daily Supply, Long Term

About the Role
As a Residential Support team member, you will provide a safe, supportive, and caring environment for students living within the school’s residential facilities. You will work closely with staff and students to promote positive behaviours, encourage personal development, and ensure the well-being of every child. This is a highly rewarding role where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people.
Responsibilities of a Residential Support
- Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential setting.
- Support students with their personal development and emotional well-being.
- Promote a safe and inclusive environment that fosters learning and growth.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students’ educational needs.
- Assist with organising activities and routines within the residential facilities.
Requirements for a Residential Support
- Experience in a similar Residential Support role or working with children/young people.
- A caring and empathetic approach to working with students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviours effectively.
- A commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
