Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects, following pre-set lesson plans.
  • Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom settings.
  • Maintain excellent classroom behaviour management to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to students as required.
  • Represent GSL Education professionally in all school placements.

Requirements:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching in UK secondary schools with strong classroom management skills.
  • The ability to adapt confidently to different schools and subject areas.
  • A passion for education and helping students reach their full potential.
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or the willingness to apply for one.
