About the Role:
In this role, you will:
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of students, including those with SEMH.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with support staff and SENCOs to implement personalised strategies.
- Encourage student engagement, confidence, and independence.
- Monitor and assess progress, adapting teaching approaches where necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in SEN or SEMH settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection regulations is essential.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive and compassionate approach to teaching.
