About the Role:

In this role, you will:

  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of students, including those with SEMH.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with support staff and SENCOs to implement personalised strategies.
  • Encourage student engagement, confidence, and independence.
  • Monitor and assess progress, adapting teaching approaches where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in SEN or SEMH settings is preferred.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection regulations is essential.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive and compassionate approach to teaching.
