About the Role

As a Physics Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting the science department, helping students unlock their potential in Physics and other STEM subjects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to students in Physics.
  • Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and delivery to enhance student engagement.
  • Creating a positive and encouraging learning environment to help students build confidence.
  • Supporting extracurricular science activities and fostering a love for Physics.

Requirements

To excel as a Physics Graduate, you should:

  • Hold a degree in Physics or a related subject.
  • Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and supporting students.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be adaptable, proactive, and eager to collaborate with the school’s staff.
