Pay Rate: £150 - £220 per day (Depending on the experience)

About the Role:
As a Teacher of Science, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality science education and inspiring students to develop a love for the subject. You will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals to create engaging and effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students. Key Responsibilities of Science Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging science lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students, ensuring all students are motivated and challenged.
- Teach a range of subjects to students aged 11-16.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular science activities and events, fostering a sense of curiosity and enthusiasm for the subject.
- Monitor and assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external partners to enhance the science curriculum and support student development.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
- Promote health and safety in all science activities, ensuring students understand the importance of safe practices.
Requirements of Science Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching science is essential.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best in science.
- Commitment to promoting a love for science and a curiosity about the natural world.
- Relevant qualifications or training in science education (desirable but not essential).
To work with GSL Education as a Teacher of Science, you will need:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
- Enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one with GSL Education.
