Location: Poole
Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per Annum. (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: January 2025/April 2025
Contract: Full-Time/Permanent

About the Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will be at the heart of shaping the educational journey of children with diverse needs. Responsibilities of a SEN Teacher
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans designed to meet individual needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and support staff to promote student success.
- Continuously monitor and adapt teaching strategies to ensure progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student development and provide feedback.
Requirements for a SEN teacher
- A recognised teaching qualification with QTS or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an SEN Teacher or working with students with Special Educational Needs.
- A strong understanding of SEN teaching techniques and classroom management.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
- A commitment to promoting equality and inclusion in education.
