About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of learning and behaviour in the absence of teachers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising students while they engage with pre-set lesson plans and ensuring their academic focus is maintained.
- Supporting students with a range of abilities, ensuring their engagement and wellbeing.
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policies, ensuring a safe and productive environment for learning.
- Helping to foster a positive and inclusive school culture where all students are encouraged to thrive.

- Experience in a classroom or educational setting (though training can be provided for the right candidate).
- A strong communicator with the ability to manage student behaviour effectively.
