Mental Health Support Worker
Location: Southbourne
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Salary: £76.92 - £95.68 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: January 2025

Responsibilities of a Mental Health Support Worker:

Provide one-to-one and group support to students with mental health and emotional needs.

Assist in creating a safe and supportive environment for students to express themselves.

Work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to monitor and support students' well-being.

Implement strategies to promote positive mental health and well-being in students.

Support students in overcoming challenges that may affect their learning and behaviour.
Requirements of a Mental Health Support Worker:

Experience working with young people, ideally in a mental health or support role.

A genuine passion for supporting students with mental health needs.

Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.

Strong communication skills and a caring, empathetic approach.

Eligibility to work in the UK.
