Classroom Support Worker
Location: Poole
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Salary: £76.92 - £95.68 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: January 2025

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Classroom Support Worker to join a welcoming and supportive school community in Poole. Your support will play a key role in helping students build confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
As a Classroom Support Worker, you will:

Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons.

Support students with their learning on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.

Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage active participation.

Provide additional support to students with special educational needs (SEN).
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:

A passion for working with children and supporting their development.

Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A calm, patient, and adaptable approach.

The ability to work well as part of a team.
