Location: Grantham
Start Date: January 2025
Salary: £83.33 - £95.00 per day (Depending on experience)
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

In this role, you will provide essential care and support to students, ensuring they have the assistancethey need to thrive in a safe and inclusive environment. Responsibilities:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will:

Provide personal care support to students with medical and healthcare needs.

Assist with the administration of medication and medical treatments as required.

Support students in maintaining their independence while ensuring their health and safety.

Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure students are fully supported throughout their school day.

Monitor and report on students' physical and emotional well-being.

Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere, helping students feel confident and cared for.
Requirements:
To succeed as a Healthcare Assistant, you will need:

A strong understanding of healthcare support, including personal care needs (desirable).

Previous experience working with students or individuals with medical needs (desirable).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students.

A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
