Salary: £76.92 - £95.68 per day (Depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time / part-time

GSL Education are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Bournemouth, with part-time or full-time opportunities available. Starting in January 2025, this role offers flexibility and the chance to work in a supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant (TA)
- Provide classroom support to teachers and students in a range of subjects.
- Assist students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, particularly in supporting their learning and development.
- Help with classroom management, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Support students with a variety of learning needs, including SEN, and help implement individualised learning plans.
- Contribute to the preparation and delivery of lessons and learning materials.
- Provide feedback on student progress and assist with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements of Teaching Assistant (TA)
- Enrolled at a university, ideally in an education-related field (not essential).
- Previous experience working with children or in a teaching/support role is beneficial but not required.
- A positive, patient, and proactive approach to supporting students.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A flexible and adaptable attitude to working in a dynamic environment.
- Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
