GSL Education are recruiting enthusiastic Qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our team! If you have experience working in Childcare, we can offer you the best rates of pay in the sector.

Core Responsibility: To supervise, inspire and interact with children (3 weeks – 5 years old) in nursery settings, whilst ensuring their safety at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children
  • To be counted in ratio under Ofsted regulations
  • Full and relevant Early Years Qualification Level 3
  • English GCSE/Functional Skills Test Certificate (if qualified Post Sept 2014)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and interact with children, ensuring their safety at all times
  • Engage with children in learning and play activities, encouraging EYFS development
  • Facilitate indoor and outdoor play activities to promote positive wellbeing
  • Support the larger team with essential daily tasks i.e. room preparation & hygiene standards
  • Follow safeguarding polices in line with the EYFS to ensure child welfare & protection
  • Help to ensure a safe, secure and fun environment for all children
