Cover Supervisor
Daily Rate: £90.00 - £120.00
Location: Boston
Start Date: January 2025

We are working with a secondary school in Boston that requires Cover Supervisors starting in January 2025. The role is ideal for individuals considering a teaching career, offering valuable hands-on experience with secondary-age students.

Cover Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons across various subjects to students aged 11-16.
  • Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Support students with their learning, ensuring they remain on task.
  • Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity in students' learning.
  • Provide feedback on lesson outcomes and student engagement.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent; A-levels or degree highly desirable.
  • Experience working with young people in any capacity (e.g., sports coaching, youth groups, tutoring).
  • Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
  • Ideal for recent graduates or those exploring a teaching career.
