Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £110 - £130 per day (Depending on Experience)

About the Role
GSL Education are looking for a Supply Teacher to join outstanding schools in Bournemouth. As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects, ensuring continuity of learning when teachers are absent.

Responsibilities of a Supply Teacher:
- Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Follow pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure student engagement and progression.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Provide feedback to staff on student performance and lesson outcomes.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual learners.
Requirements for a Supply Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience as a Supply Teacher or classroom teacher is desirable.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a passion for education.
- An Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
