Supply Teacher
Location: Southampton
Salary: £110 - £140 per day(Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate / January

Responsibilities of the Supply Teacher role:

Deliver high-quality lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.

Plan and prepare engaging and challenging lessons in line with the curriculum.

Support the academic and personal development of students.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.

Maintain a positive and safe learning environment in the classroom.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
Requirements for the Supply Teacher role:

MUST have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Experience teaching at KS3 and KS4 levels is essential.

A strong knowledge of the national curriculum.

Excellent classroom management skills.

A passion for inspiring and motivating students to achieve their full potential.

A commitment to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment.
