Salary: £12.82 to £14.72 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant (TA), you will provide essential support to students with SEN, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. This role offers a variety of flexible options, you will become a valued member of the school’s dedicated team, ensuring every child receives the care and encouragement they deserve.
Responsibilities of a SEN Teaching Assistant (TA):
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN to meet their individual learning needs.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing the classroom.
- Encourage social and emotional growth in pupils through positive reinforcement and understanding.
- Work one-on-one or with small groups of students to promote active participation.
- Monitor and report progress to teachers and contribute to educational plans.
Requirements for a SEN Teaching Assistant (TA):
- A genuine interest in supporting children with SEN and a desire to make a difference.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach.
- A valid Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
