Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Boscombe
Salary: £30,000 - £46,525 (MPS/UPS)
Contract Type: Permanent / Full Time
Start Date: January 2025

Key Responsibilities of SEN Teacher:
- Design and deliver individualised lesson plans that support SEN students’ needs.
- Work closely with other educators and specialists to implement effective support measures.
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
- Regularly evaluate student progress and communicate with families and staff.
Requirements for the role of SEN Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is required.
- Proven experience in teaching SEN students is essential.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- A compassionate and adaptive teaching approach.
