Job Title: SEN Teacher 

Location: Wimborne 

Salary: £30,000 - £46,525 (MPS/UPS) 

Contract Type: Permanent / Full Time 

Start Date: January 2025

Key Responsibilities of SEN Teacher: 

-        Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students. 

-        Collaborate with colleagues and specialists to create personalised support strategies. 

-        Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students. 

-        Regularly assess and document student progress to ensure their continued development. 

Requirements for the role of SEN Teacher: 

-        Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. 

-        Previous experience teaching students with SEN is essential. 

-        Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 

-        A commitment to fostering academic and personal growth for all students.
