Position: SEMH Teaching Assistant
Location: Bovington
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Salary: £76.92 - £95.68 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities of SEMH Teaching Assistant:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEMH needs.
- Assist teachers in creating inclusive and engaging lesson plans.
- Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment for all students.
- Monitor and communicate progress to staff and parents.
Requirements for the role of SEMH Teaching Assistant:
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A patient and compassionate approach to student care.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
