Position: Behaviour Support Worker
Location: Winton
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Salary: £76.92 - £95.68 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities of Behaviour Support Worker:
- Provide tailored support to students with behavioural needs.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement effective behaviour management strategies.
- Encourage positive social interactions and build students’ confidence.
- Monitor progress and report on student development to staff and parents.
Requirements for the role of Behaviour Support Worker:
- Previous experience working with students with behavioural needs is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient and empathetic approach to student support.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
