Salary: £12.82 to £14.72 per hour (Depending on Experience)

GSL Education are delighted to be searching for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) to join an outstanding school in Fareham. About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant (TA), you will work closely with students who need additional support to overcome barriers to learning. Whether it's providing one-to-one assistance, facilitating small group sessions, or supporting the class teacher, your contribution will play a key role in helping students build confidence and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities of a SEN Teaching Assistant (TA):
- Assist students with SEN in their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging and tailored lessons.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Track student progress and adjust support strategies when needed.
- Encourage independence and confidence in students.
Requirements for a SEN Teaching Assistant (TA):
- A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn and implement SEN strategies and techniques.
- Hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or be willing to apply for one.
