Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Swanwick
Pay Scale: £12.82 - £14.72 per hour (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full Time/Part Time
Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? GSL Education are seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Swanwick.
Key Responsibilities of SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with additional needs.
- Assist in planning and delivering tailored educational activities.
- Promote an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
- Monitor and report on student progress and well-being.
Requirements for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Experience working with children with SEN is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to learning.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
