Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Weymouth
Pay Scale: £85 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Part-time/Full-time
Do you have the skills to manage classrooms and inspire students? GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join schools in Weymouth.
Key Responsibilities of Cover Supervisor:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task.
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain a focused learning environment.
- Assist students with tasks and provide additional support as needed.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth lesson transitions.
Requirements for the role of Cover Supervisor:
- Prior experience in a similar role or working with students is an advantage.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Adaptability and the ability to work across multiple subjects.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
