Job Title: Behaviour Support Worker 

Location: Dorchester 

Pay Scale: £12.82 - £14.72 per hour (Depending on experience) 

Start Date: Immediate 

Contract Type: Full Time/Part Time

Key Responsibilities of Behaviour Support Worker: 

-        Work with students to support positive behaviour management strategies. 

-        Provide tailored assistance to individuals or small groups. 

-        Collaborate with teachers to maintain a productive classroom environment. 

-        Help students overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals. 

Requirements for the role of Behaviour Support Worker: 

-        Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs is desirable. 

-        Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. 

-        Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude. 

-        Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
