Job Title: Autism Support Worker
Location: Weymouth
Pay Scale: £12.82 - £14.72 per hour (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full Time/Part Time

Key Responsibilities of Autism Support Worker:
- Provide individualised support to students with autism spectrum conditions.
- Assist teachers in adapting lessons to meet the needs of students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and report student progress to staff and parents.
Requirements for the role of Autism Support Worker:
- Experience working with students with autism is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
