Pay Scale: £12.82 - £14.72 per hour (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities of Disability Support Worker:
- Provide one-on-one and small group assistance to students with disabilities.
- Collaborate with teachers to adapt lesson plans to meet individual needs.
- Foster an inclusive and encouraging classroom atmosphere.
- Help students with physical, emotional, and educational needs.
Requirements for the role of Disability Support Worker:
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is desirable.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to support.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
