Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

Pay Scale: £12.82 - £14.72 per hour (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full Time/Part Time

Key Responsibilities of Learning Support Assistant:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with additional needs.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Monitor and report on student progress to staff and parents.
- Support students in building confidence and developing key skills.
Requirements for the role of Learning Support Assistant:
- Previous experience working in an educational or childcare setting is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability to meet individual student needs.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
