Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Bovington
Pay Scale: £30,000 - £46,525 Per annum (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent / Full Time
Start Date: January 2025

Key Responsibilities of SEN Teacher:
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons that cater to the individual needs of students with SEN.
- Use creative and innovative teaching strategies to engage and inspire learners.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with staff and external professionals to ensure holistic support for students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes growth and achievement.
Requirements for the role of SEN Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching students with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A patient, empathetic approach with a commitment to student success.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
