Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Wakefield (WF1)
Pay Scale: £94 - £115 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP /January 2025
Contract Type: Part-time/Full-time

Key Responsibilities of Cover Supervisor :
- Manage classrooms in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring students remain engaged.
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and assist students with their learning tasks.
- Create a calm and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Provide feedback on student engagement and progress to school staff.
Essential Requirements for Cover Supervisor role:
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with young people is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Confidence to adapt to different subjects and age groups.
- A proactive approach to supporting students’ learning needs.
