Primary Teacher
Location: Ringwood
Salary: £30,000 - £46,525 (MPS/UPS) (Depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent / Full-Time
Start Date: January 2025

About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages curiosity and growth. You will be responsible for delivering dynamic lessons tailored to meet the needs of your students, fostering a love of learning while ensuring every child feels supported and valued.
Responsibilities of a Primary Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports all students.
- Assess, track, and report on student progress to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child's learning journey.
- Promote positive behaviour and a love for learning.
Requirements for a Primary Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Primary Teacher, with excellent classroom management skills.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- A commitment to inclusive education and a passion for inspiring young learners.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
