Cover Supervisor
Location: Ringwood
Salary: £12.82 to £14.72 per hour. (Depending on experience)
Contract: Full-Time/Part-Time

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes, deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, and manage student behaviour to maintain a productive learning atmosphere. This role is ideal for someone considering a future in teaching or for individuals with experience working with young people who are looking for a new challenge.
Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:
- Supervise students during the absence of their teacher.
- Ensure that students remain on task with their assigned work.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policies.
- Offer support and guidance to students where needed.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding any issues or concerns.
Requirements for a Cover Supervisor:
- Experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A calm, patient, and assertive approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage classroom dynamics.
- A desire to contribute positively to students’ educational experiences.
