Support Worker- LSA

About the Role
As a Support Worker- LSA, you will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support to students, ensuring they have a positive and inclusive learning experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1:1 or small group support to students with additional needs.
- Assisting in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
- Encouraging positive behavior and fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Collaborating with staff and parents to monitor student progress.

Requirements
To succeed as a Support Worker- LSA, you should:
- Have experience working with children, ideally in an educational or care setting.
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Be adaptable and proactive in responding to the needs of students.
