About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you’ll work closely with teachers and other staff to provide tailored support for students with special educational needs (SEN). This exciting opportunity is ideal for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN.
  • Assist in the delivery of personalised learning plans.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Support classroom management and ensure a safe, engaging setting for learning.
  • Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to adapt teaching strategies.
  • Help students develop essential social and emotional skills.

Requirements for the Teaching Assistant Role:

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
