Job Title: Supply Teacher
Location: Blandford
Pay Scale: £85 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate / January
Contract Type: Full Time/Part Time

Responsibilities of a Supply Teacher:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons to students across a range of subjects.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a productive and positive learning environment.
- Provide feedback to students and monitor progress where applicable.
- Support students of varying abilities to ensure they remain engaged in lessons.
- Maintain the school’s standards and expectations, ensuring continuity of education.
Supply Teacher Job Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience in teaching across different subjects and year groups (preferred but not essential).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
