Job Title: Learning Support Worker
Location: Bovington
Pay Scale: £12.82 - £14.72 per hour (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full Time/Part Time

Responsibilities of a Learning Support Worker (LSA):
- Provide tailored support to students, both one-on-one and in groups.
- Assist teachers in preparing and delivering engaging learning activities.
- Support students with additional needs, fostering an inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and report observations to teaching staff.
- Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students.
Learning Support Worker Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting diverse learners.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
- Relevant qualifications in childcare or educational support are an advantage.
