Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £110 - £130 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: January 2025 / Immediate

GSL Education are seeking a committed Cover Teacher to join schools in Bournemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work full-time on a permanent basis, starting immediately or from January 2025.
As a Cover Teacher, you will provide high-quality teaching across various subjects, stepping in to support schools when regular teachers are unavailable. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the continuity of students' education and fostering a productive learning atmosphere.
Cover Teacher Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different year groups and subjects based on provided lesson plans.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages participation and progress.
- Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and consistent learning experiences for students.
Qualifications we need:
- A recognised teaching qualification.
- Previous experience as Cover Teacher is advantageous.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- A proactive and flexible approach to teaching.

- Possess a DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
