About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will become an integral part of the classroom, working closely with teachers to ensure students receive the support they need. Whether it’s helping with classroom tasks or providing one-on-one assistance, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the academic and personal growth of each student.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide targeted support to students during lessons, ensuring they stay focused and engaged.
- Work individually or in small groups to enhance understanding and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers to prepare and adapt lesson resources tailored to student needs.
- Foster a positive learning environment by promoting confidence and motivation.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers, contributing to effective planning.
- Support students with additional needs, ensuring inclusion and equal opportunities.
