Cover Supervisor
Location: Poole
Salary: £85-£100 per day(Depending on experience)
contract Type: Permanent / Full time

GSL Education are seeking a motivated Cover Supervisor to join a supportive school in Poole. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain hands-on experience in education, whether you are an aspiring teacher or someone with a passion for supporting young learners.
Responsibilities:
As a Cover Supervisor, your will:

Supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring that students remain engaged and on task.

Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across a variety of subjects and year groups.

Managing classroom behavior in line with school policies.

Supporting students in their learning and addressing any immediate queries.
Requirements:
As a Cover Supervisor, you should have:

Confidence and the ability to manage a classroom environment effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive and flexible approach to work.

Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
