Substitute Teacher  
Location: Poole 
Salary: £110 - £130 per day (Depending on experience) 
contract Type: Full time / Part time 
Start Date: January/Immediate 

Are you a flexible and enthusiastic educator with a passion for making a difference in the classroom? GSL Education are seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to work in vibrant and supportive schools across Poole. 

Responsibilities: 

As a Substitute Teacher, you will: 

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons to maintain continuity in students' learning. 

  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment, even on short notice. 

  • Adapt to a variety of subjects, year groups, and school settings. 

  • Build positive relationships with students and staff. 

Requirements: 

As a Substitute Teacher, you should have: 

  • A qualified teacher or experienced educator with QTS/QTLS (or equivalent). 

  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly. 

  • A proactive and reliable individual who thrives in different teaching environments. 

  • A commitment to safeguarding and supporting student development.
