Responsibilities of the SEN Teaching Assistant (Graduate):
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support for students with SEN.
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning plans.
- Foster positive behaviours and social skills among students.
- Collaborate with the SENCO to implement effective support strategies.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
Requirements for the SEN Teaching Assistant (Graduate) Role:
- A degree in any subject (education or psychology is advantageous).
- A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach.
- Availability to start immediately and work full-time.
