SEN Administrator
Location: Tower Hamlets
Salary: £90 per day
Work Hours: 9am – 5pm
Start Date: Immediately
Contract: Long Term
GSL Education London Branch are seeking a dedicated SEN Administrator to join a dynamic team at a client secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate SEN Administrator to support the Special Educational Needs (SEN) department and contribute to a positive and inclusive educational environment.
Responsibilities of an SEN administrator:
- Provide administrative support to the SEN department.
- Maintain and update student records and SEN documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with SEN policies and procedures.
- Support the SEN team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements of an SEN administrator:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
