SEN Administrator

Location: Tower Hamlets
Salary: £90 per day
Work Hours: 9am – 5pm
Start Date: Immediately
Contract: Long Term

GSL Education London Branch are seeking a dedicated SEN Administrator to join a dynamic team at a client secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate SEN Administrator to support the Special Educational Needs (SEN) department and contribute to a positive and inclusive educational environment.

Responsibilities of an SEN administrator:

  • Provide administrative support to the SEN department.
  • Maintain and update student records and SEN documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings and liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with SEN policies and procedures.
  • Support the SEN team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements of an SEN administrator:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
