SEN Cover Supervisor
Location: Boston
Salary: £83.33 - £95.00 per day(Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs (SEN)?
GSL Education are looking for a dedicated SEN Cover Supervisor to join a school in Boston. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the learning experiences of students who need additional support.
Responsibilities:
As a SEN Cover Supervisor, your role will include:

Supervising students with SEN during lessons and activities.

Providing support to teachers in managing the classroom and lesson delivery.

Assisting students with SEN on a one-to-one or small group basis.

Maintaining a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.

Supporting the inclusion of all students, encouraging them to participate fully in lessons.
Requirements:
As a SEN Cover Supervisor, you will need:

Experience working with children who have SEN (required).

Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.

A positive and supportive approach to working with students.

The ability to adapt to different learning needs.

A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
