SEN Cover Supervisor
Location: Lincoln
Salary: £83.33 - £95.00 per day(Depending on experience)
Start Date:Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
Are you experienced in supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)?
GSL Education are seeking a dedicated SEN Cover Supervisor to join a school in Lincoln. This is a great opportunity to help students with additional learning needs and ensure they receive the support they need in a classroom setting.
Responsibilities:
As a SEN Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise and support students with SEN during lessons and activities.

Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Support teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.

Provide one-to-one support for students who require additional help.

Help maintain positive behaviour and encourage students to engage with their learning.
Requirements:
To be successful as a SEN Cover Supervisor, you will need:

Experience working with children with SEN (essential).

Strong communication and classroom management skills.

The ability to adapt and support students with different learning needs.

A calm and patient approach to working with children.

A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or the willingness to apply for one.
